Site development including design of the rough grade, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management.  A regional stormwater management plan was developed to ensure that offsite and onsite stormwater generated in Albemarle County met MS19 standards downstream in the City of Charlottesville.  This plan addresses interests and concerns of both jurisdictions.  The project incorporates low-impact development design (LID) as well as a large underground detention and treatment system for the site’s stormwater.
