Design for 6,000 LF of a divided median highway with a roundabout and multi-modal pedestrian and bike lanes.  This roadway was designed to become an integral section of the Meadow Creek Parkway providing access from Downtown Charlottesville to Albemarle County.  Coordination with VDOT Meadow Creek Parkway was paramount.  Project includes traffic control plans with signage and pavement marking for pedestrian and vehicular movement.
