VDOT funded recreational access road project associated with Falling Creek Park in Bedford County.  Project included engineering services necessary for construction of 3,400 linear feet of paved roadway, storm drains, inlets and culverts.  Design responsibilities included environmental permitting due diligence, coordination of road design with existing facilities and stake holders, development of bid document, procurement, and construction administration.
