Provided design for improvements to the intersection of Route 655 and Route 122 including grading to realign Diamond Hill Road, asphalt pavement design, width transitions, superelevation, cross sections, storm sewers, curb and gutter, portions of roadside ditches, and demolition and obscuring of the abandoned road.  This locally administered project was financed through VDOT secondary road construction funds. This project followed the Locally Administered Projects (LAP) Guidance Standards.e
